This project was a remodel and upgrade of a 1949 colonial style home in Silver Spring, Maryland.
We were honored when our existing client's decided to upsize and leave their DC row house to the suburbs for a stunning 5-acre fixer upper. Our team was hired to update the finishes, and curate the furniture selection for all three levels of a custom-built Colonial style home spanning over 4,000 square feet. The home was constructed in 1949, and it was important for our clients to stylistically transform each space into a transitional style, while preserving the historical significance and integrity of the home's era. Our primary focus was to incorporate the client's sophistication, personality, and style preferences into a wholistic design concept for their home that flowed from room to room.

Our tasks included styling the four bedrooms, undertaking a complete renovation of the master bathroom, updating the finishes in the guest bathroom and two additional powder rooms, curating the outdoor entertainment areas, dining room, living room, and basement, and updating the kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, countertops, lighting, paint and backsplash.
